🚀 What You’ll Do
As a Front-End Software Engineer at EX Squared, you’ll take ownership of architecting, building, and optimizing scalable web interfaces that meet the needs of real-world users. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams—PMs, designers, and back-end engineers—to transform ideas into powerful, accessible digital experiences.

Build and maintain dynamic, scalable SPAs using modern frameworks (Vue, Angular, or React).

Own state management architecture (Vuex, Redux, NgRx) for consistent and maintainable codebases.

Collaborate with designers to turn mockups into pixel-perfect, performant interfaces.

Integrate with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices to ensure smooth data interactions.

Implement accessibility best practices and ensure WCAG compliance across all products.

Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to elevate team quality and collaboration.

Write robust tests using frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress for reliability and performance.

Proactively improve processes, tools, and workflows to drive team efficiency and product quality.
🧠 What You’ll Bring:
We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, thrives in feedback-rich environments, and genuinely cares about the people using the software we build.

5–7+ years of experience in front-end development with deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+).

Mastery of at least one modern framework: Vue, React, or Angular.

Strong understanding of front-end architecture and performance optimization.
English proficiency: C1 Level.

Experience working with state management libraries (Vuex, Redux, NgRx).

Ability to write secure, accessible, and maintainable code with strong documentation practices.

Proven success working in cross-functional teams with effective, solution-focused communication.
