We seek a Senior Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce platform, ensuring a seamless user experience. Senior Salesforce Administrator responsibilities include administration, customization, and enhancement of Salesforce functionalities to meet business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective solutions. If you have a strong background in Salesforce administration and a passion for improving system efficiency, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will enhance our Salesforce platform to better serve our customers and support business objectives.
What you’ll need to be successful:
- Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. (Salesforce Administrator Certification is a PLUS!)
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a complex environment, with a proven track record of implementing successful enhancements.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality, ensuring optimized system performance.
- Project Management: Hands-on experience managing Salesforce projects from conception to implementation, with excellent organizational skills.
- Problem-Solving & Analysis: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex issues in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Language: C1 English proficiency is required to collaborate in an international environment.
