About the Role
At EX Squared LATAM, we are looking for an experienced and business-oriented Project Manager to lead the successful execution of complex technology initiatives for our global clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and strategy—translating client needs into actionable plans, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-impact digital solutions.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing projects from planning through deployment, managing scope, quality, timelines, and stakeholder communication while contributing to the design and optimization of technical solutions.
What You’ll Do:

Lead the end-to-end execution of technology projects, ensuring alignment with client goals, technical feasibility, and business value.

Prepare and manage effort estimations for initiatives such as custom applications, MVPs, ERP migrations, and cloud-native solutions.

Oversee the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and cost-efficient architectures—cloud-based or hybrid—tailored to client environments.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, data scientists, architects, and analysts to deliver results on time and within scope.

Present and validate technical proposals, including Proofs of Concept (PoCs) in areas such as AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud.

Act as the primary liaison with clients, building trust and ensuring clarity throughout the project lifecycle.

Analyze delivery performance and client feedback to continuously improve project processes and solution quality.

Promote collaboration, accountability, and critical thinking across the project team.

Support the professional development of junior team members through mentorship and guidance.
What You’ll Bring

6+ years of experience in project management, delivery management, or solution-oriented leadership roles.

Proven ability to manage technology projects using Agile or hybrid methodologies.

Solid technical understanding of cloud computing, AI/ML, and modern software engineering practices.

Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python, Microsoft Excel, and project lifecycle management software.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.

Fluency in English (C1+), both written and verbal.
