Become An EXpert as an Mid Level IT Recruiter:
We are looking for an experienced Mid Level IT Recruiter to join our team and manage the full-cycle recruitment process. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in talent acquisition, particularly in the technology sector, with additional exposure to design, marketing, and other roles.
Position Details:
- Location: Hybrid – San José, Costa Rica (2 days office).
- Language Requirement: Bilingual (English B2+ required)
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in recruitment, preferably in IT companies or recruitment agencies.
- Experience recruiting across different Latin American countries is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
- Identify, engage, and evaluate top talent, primarily in IT, development, and QA, with occasional hiring in design and marketing
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure effective hiring strategies
- Conduct interviews in both English and Spanish.
- Utilize sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and networking strategies to build a strong talent pipeline
- Ensure a seamless and high-quality candidate experience
- Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (B2+ level or higher)
- At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, either in-house or within a recruitment agency
- Strong sourcing skills, including experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and ATS tools
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Must be based in San José, Costa Rica, and available for hybrid work.
